Form Data: When you use our Reserve or Submit Proof forms, we collect your name, business name and type, email address, phone number (optional), website or Google Business link (optional), area served (town or postcode), and any notes or review content you provide.
Technical & Tracking Data: We automatically collect your IP address, device and browser information, referring URL, pages visited, session duration, and cookie identifiers when you visit our site.
We collect data directly when you submit forms on our site, and automatically through cookies and analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics). We also use third-party services—Webflow, Tally, n8n, Notion, our email provider, and OpenAI API—to process and store data.
We use your data to onboard you, generate and deliver review snippets, power your dashboard, send email communications, analyze site performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize user experience.

We retain your form submissions and snippet records while you remain an active client, plus up to two years thereafter. Aggregated analytics data is kept for up to 25 months.
